Meet Vicki Hill

What do Major League Baseball teams have in common with the nation’s largest provider of parking services, dozens of health care firms, and leading companies in nearly every industry?
Vicki Hill has helped them all leverage their investment in UltiPro.

As the architect of more than 50 successful implementations, the catalyst for even more system optimizations and the driving force behind many innovations in user support, Vicki Hill has made a name for herself as a leading workforce management solution provider. She founded Mosaic Consulting Group in order to help more clients develop a more positive relationship with their workforce management systems.

“Many business leaders don’t realize that HRIS and payroll headaches are optional,” says Vicki. “I really enjoy showing executives how their workforce management systems can remove hidden barriers to high performance.”

With a background that includes three years as co-owner of J&H Consulting, five years as a senior systems consultant with Ultimate Software Group, and nearly 20 years of payroll and human resources experience, Vicki knows the importance of perspective. “For every user struggling to create a report, there’s an executive not getting the data needed to make decisions,” adds Vicki, whose experience also includes project management, software upgrades, end-user training, on-going support, Cognos Report development, ISQL programming, and payroll and general ledger integration. “Our goal is to make sure that every system gives users exactly what they need.”

Vicki earned her Bachelors Degree in Accounting at Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN. She is an active member in the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO). She and her husband, Matthew Hill, live in Nashville with their two daughters, Abigail and Madeline.
