UKG Training

Once you've implemented your UKG system, the next step is understanding how to use it. UKG offers free training, and we encourage our clients to take advantage of this service and take as much complimentary training as possible.

Your UKG training will provide a solid orientation to a sample system. Once you have completed that training, we can work with you on individual training needs and dig a little deeper. We understand that learning your system is one thing, but training and communication are essential pieces to ensuring that your team adopts and uses your UKG system.

Mosaic's training is different because it's not an "out of the box" offering. We provide training in your environment, instead of the standard template – so you come away with hands-on knowledge about the way your UKG solution works, in your company platform.

• Specialized training, offered for UKG Pro or UKG Dimensions, based on individual or department needs
• Instruction for one or many. We've presented training for groups from 1:1 to 100's
• Custom job aides and end-user training

Mosaic also offers Super User Training for UKG Dimensions users, our WFM experts will partner with your team to triage their pain points and train end users, empowering them to own the system and optimize your workforce management.

You can also brush up on your skills or prepare for a seasonal need, such as open enrollment or year-end, or stay abreast of industry developments, such as the ongoing labor shortage by participating in one of our free webinars, which are open to the public.
