Established in 2011, Mosaic Consulting Group is an award-winning and 2025 UKG® Partner of the Year, specializing in full-suite UKG implementation services, managed services, system integration, support, training, optimization, configuration, and customization. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Mosaic is dedicated to helping organizations maximize the value of their UKG investment.

Founded by Vicki Hill, who brought her experience as both a UKG consulting specialist and a client, Mosaic has grown into a team of more than 250 professionals dedicated exclusively to UKG solutions. We have used Mosaic for a number of different UltiPro related projects over the years. From ongoing support when we were internally short staffed, to specific project work. As a result we have worked with a number of the Mosaic consultants on staff and have found that across the board they were incredibly knowledgeable in their respective areas, very focused on understanding our needs and able to provide solutions and customs with a short turn around time. We will continue our partnership with Mosaic for future projects as well.

Managed Services

Our payroll manager just announced they were quitting with no notice. The rest of our team was very new to the company and UKG. We had no idea how to run payroll. Mosaic stepped in and partnered with us to assist us through their Emergency Payroll Service. Not only did our employees get paid on time and correctly, but we also now have a new partner for all our payroll needs. Without Mosaic’s partnership we would have been and still would be in a very bad place.

Managed Payroll

During the RFP reference checks (for Ultimate) I perpetually heard that we should partner with a consulting firm for the implementation. I couldn’t agree more!! It has been fabulous partnering with the Mosaic team (Connie, Laura, Jen, Kimberly, Jon and Jay) who not only helped guide the configuration – but really shined as our partner on training and education. They did everything from design and record videos for us, created job aids, conducted all of the training, developed FAQ’s – even sent me all of the meeting invites ready to just send out to the employees. We would never have been able to do everything on our own – and I would never do an implementation without them. They are fabulous!! If you have the least bit of concern about your implementation or how you are going to get everyone trained – you need to call Mosaic immediately, then take a deep breath knowing they have your back!!

Implementation

Our UKG implementation would be a complete disaster if it wasn’t for the Mosaic team. Our business model is complex, yet our Mosaic team always seems to help us get the answers to whatever challenge we present. We are grateful to have found a partner in Mosaic and we will continue the relationship.

Implementation

Ian, I wanted to thank you for the time you spent on the UKG LMS system. We learned so much today and we would love to see if we have some hours in our plan next year for you to continue to teach us. You are an excellent trainer, and Mosaic is so lucky to have you on the team.
