UKG Consulting, it's all we do. Mosaic Consulting Group, LLC is a payroll, HR software and work force management consulting firm based in Nashville, Tennessee. We are a dedicated partner of UKG with more than three decades of experience in UKG products among our leadership team and consultants. Mosaic is a privately held business and member of the National Association of Woman Business Owners (NAWBO). The Mosaic success story includes funding our tremendous growth by reinvesting our operating cash flow back into the company.
Mosaic Consulting Group was founded by Vicki Hill in 2011, after serving as both a UKG consultant and a client. Today, the team has grown to more than 100 employees around the country, all focused solely on UKG Product implementation, optimization and support, serving top companies from around the world in businesses ranging from healthcare to transportation to professional sports teams.
UKG Full Suite Expertise. We offer dedicated expertise in UKG. All of our expert consultants undergo regular training and certification by UKG, including highly specialized areas to ensure we meet clients' needs. We are a preferred partner of UKG having received multiple awards over the years.
Flexibility. We have broad knowledge of UKG products that enables us to seamlessly partner with UKG on your technology needs, but as a smaller consulting firm, we can specialize or customize out-of-the-box solutions to meet your needs.
