At Mosaic, we pay close attention to our team’s feedback. In the past year, we’ve continued to hone our team experience and have made several impactful changes for our people, across all areas of the employee life cycle.  Last year, our team told us that training for career development opportunities was an area we could improve on. Based on their feedback we are currently building custom training programs for our consultants and managers to make sure they have the tools in their toolbelts to be successful, and we will leverage this training to develop an entry-level consultant hiring program. Through these training and development opportunities, we have been able to promote over 20% of our team in the past year.

Our team has also shared that having a strong benefits package is one of their top priorities. In the last 12 months we have strengthened our benefits, including adding a new paid parental leave benefit, implementing a wellness program, and enhancing our health insurance offering while maintaining the same cost.

While benefits and training are important, these mean little without fairness and equity across the organization.
