John West has an extensive background in workforce management, as he started his WFM career with hands-on experience within the retail industry. From then, he transitioned into the consulting world in 2008 gaining experience and expertise with UKG WFM products and their applications. John has a reputation for finding innovative ways to make technology work for his clients, ensuring personalized solutions that fit their needs. His leadership style is from the heart as he creates a fun, family environment for his team. In 2015, John founded his own WFM consulting firm, Westward. In 2021, Mosaic acquired Westward and John and his team have come on board as our newest WFM division.
